方向，研究员，国家标准委副主任。曾担任中国计量科学研究院副院长兼化学计量与分析科学研究所所长，中国标准化研究院副院长。2007年12月任国家标准化管；理委员会总工程师、党组成员；2008年明任国家标准化管理委员会副主任、党组成员。
Fang Xiang, Research Fellow, currently serves as Vice Administrator of SAC, the national standards body of China. Prior to this, Mr. Fang worked sequentially at the National Institute of Metrology and China National Institute of Standardization as Vice President. In December 2007, he was appointed as the Chief Engineer and a Member of the leading group of the Party Committee at SAC, and he began his service as the Vice Administrator in September 2008.
