摘要 目的利用Meta分析方法评价症状性大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)狭窄程度与卒中再发的相关性。方法检索1970年-2013年的中文及英文文献全文,从符合纳入标准的研究中提取数据,采用比值比(OR)为效应指标进行分析。结果对纳入的6篇文献进行分析,重度狭窄组卒中再发率高于中度狭窄组(P=0.009)及闭塞组(P=0.10),中度狭窄组和闭塞组的卒中再发率无统计学差异(P=0.94)。结论症状性MCA狭窄程度与卒中再发相关,MCA重度狭窄的卒中再发率最高。 Objective Meta-analysis method to evaluate whether the degree of symptomatic middle cerebral artery stenosis is correlated with stroke recurrence. Methods We searched the full text of literature in Chinese and English from 1970 to 2013. Data was extracted from studies that met the inclusion criteria,using Odds Ratio (OR) to analyze. Results A total of six documents Were included. Data analysis showed that the rate of stroke recurrence in severe stenosis group wss higher than that in moderate stenosis group (P = 0.009) and in occlusion group (P = 0.10). The rate of stroke recurrence in moderate stenosis group and in occlusion group had no significant difference ( P = 0.94 ). Conclusions The degree of symptomatic MCA stenosis is associated with the rate of stroke recurrence, which is highest in the severe stenosis group.
