摘要
以"辽杏2号"刺芹侧耳为试材,采用单因素试验和正交实验对刺芹侧耳菌丝液体培养配方进行了优化研究。结果表明:刺芹侧耳液体培养的最佳培养基配方为2.0%葡萄糖,1.5%酵母膏,0.3%磷酸二氢钾,0.15%硫酸镁。
Taking Pleurotus eryugii （DC. ：Fr. ） Quel as material,the appropriate medium of Pleurotus ervugii （DC. ：Fr. ） Quel liquid spawn were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that theoptimal composition of the liquid medium were as follows： 2. 0% glucose, 1.5% yeast extract, 0. 3% KH2PO4,0. 15% MgSO4.
