摘要
开发金属镍纤维毡代替泡沫镍作MH Ni电池的阳极骨架材料 ,可以满足高容量、大电流电池的需要。报道了镍纤维毡的制备工艺方法 ,研究了镍纤维丝径以及镍毡的单位质量对孔径尺寸、孔隙率、比表面积的影响 ,获得各种不同物理性能要求的镍纤维毡。通过在氢气和氩气两种气氛中进行烧结试验 ,保证了镍毡的抗拉强度和延伸变形率 。
Nickel-fiber media was developed as the anode substrate for Ni-MH battery instead of foamed nickel in order to meet the requirement of high capacity and high current battery that is the main orientation in the research and development of electrical vehicle(EV)power.The producing process of Ni-fiber media was described.The effects of fiber diameter and unit weight on the pore size,the porosity and the specific surface area of Ni-fiber media were studied.After sintering under the atmosphere of hydrogen or argon,the tensile strength and elongation of the media were guaranteed.The media with different physical properties were obtained.
