Economic Development Capacity of Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是我国东北地区面积最大的省份,在自然和旅游资源、农业等方面具有其他省市不可比拟的优势。当前,黑龙江省在经济发展过程中由于存在没有充分发挥市场经济的作用、产业转型问题日益突出、经济发展速度放缓等问题,显现出经济发展能力并不强大。黑龙江省应充分借鉴其他省市经济发展的经验,发挥其在经济发展中的比较优势,大力发展绿色农业;提高生产技术,优化第二产业发展;加强对外贸易;大力发展第三产业;从而全面提高全省经济发展能力。

As a province with the largest area in Northeast China, Heilongjiang possesses rich tourism and natural resources and is strong in agriculture, incomparable by other provinces. However, Heilongjiang fails to exert the role of the market economy and sees industrial transformation troubles and a slow-down in economic growth, which reveals its poor development capacity in the economy. Heilongjiang shall learn from other provinces, take the comparative advantage to develop a green economy. It shall improve production technology for optimizing the secondary industry. The foreign trade and the tertiary industry shall be strengthened. In this way, the economic development capacity of the province could be improved in all respects.
