我国高技术服务业融资问题的研究——以长江三角地区为例

The Financing Problems of High-tech Services: a Case Study of the Yangtze River Delta Region

金融支持对于高技术服务业发展至关重要,能够起到优化资源配置、增强产品孵化、改进融资市场的作用。由于我国高技术服务企业自身因素以及政府、银行、投资公司等外部因素的影响,存在融资难的问题。我国应加大对高技术服务业的融资支持力度;降低银行融资门槛,开发针对高技术服务业的融资产品;高技术服务业要发挥自身优势,引进和培养高端人才,建立服务业人才配套体系,从而增强引入资金能力,更好地促进高技术服务业的发展。

Financial support is crucial to the development of high-tech services industry, which plays a role in optimizing resource allocation, enhancing product incubation, and improving the financing market. China＇s high-tech service enterprises have financing difficulties due to impact factors of their own and external factors from the government, banks, and investment companies. The government shall increase financial support, lower the threshold of bank financing, and develop financing products targeting on high-tech services. High-teeh service enterprises need to play their own advantages, introduce and cultivate the high-end talents and establish a strong talent pipeline, so as to enhance the ability to attract investment for the development ofhigh-tech service industry.
