中径管内缝埋弧自动焊工装的研制

Development of Working Device for Automatic Submerged Arc Seam Welding in Middle Diameter Pipe

由于尺寸原因埋弧自动焊在中径管 (管径在 2 1 9～ 1 30 0 mm之间 )内缝焊接上无法应用。该工装针对这个问题设计了能用于中径管内缝焊接的焊丝、焊剂送进装置 ,扩大了埋弧自动焊的应用范围 ,具有较好的经济和社会效益。

On account of size,automatic submerged arc seam welding cann’t be applied into middle diameter pipe(from 219 mm to 1300 mm).The working device is designed to be able to deliver welding stick and welding flux into middle diameter pipe,therefore the application range of automatic submerged arc welding.It is provided with better economic and social.
