北京市浅层地热能产业发展现状及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 北京市的浅层地热资源产业发展较快,形成了一批具有科研实力的骨干企业和系统集成方面的产业优势,扩大了浅层地热资源开发利用的规模及范围。基于该产业发展中出现的缺乏浅层地热能开发利用的宏观指导、企业水平良莠不齐、技术研发滞后于工程发展规模、工程设计方法不尽完善等问题,提出北京市浅层地热能产业发展对策建议:制定发展规划,引导产业可持续发展;加强监督管理,规范行业行为;建立地质条件数据库,争取实现资源共享;完善科技支撑体系。 Beijing has witnessed rapid growth in shallow geothermal resources industry. Industrial advantage lies in the key enterprises with strong research capabilities, and in the integration of system. And the scale and scope of the development and utilization of shallow geothermal resources has been expanded. However, the centralized guidance is insufifcient in the development of the industry;enterprise level are with the good and the bad intermingled;new technology development lags behind the engineering development scale;and engineering design method is not perfect. Given this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The main issues of focus include:formulating the development plan;guiding the sustainable development of the industry;strengthening the supervision and management, and supervising the industrial behavior;establishing a geological database to realize resources sharing;and lastly, improving the science and technology supporting system.
