生态脆弱区矿业发展与生态环境系统相容性研究——基于矿业企业、社区居民和当地政府博弈视角

Research on the Compatibility between the Mining Development in Fragile Ecological Area and Ecological Environmental System |——In the Perspective of Game among Mining Companies,Community Residents and Local Government

基于矿业发展主要利益相关者:政府、社区和矿业企业视角,构建三方动态博弈模型,采用逆推归纳法,得出生态脆弱区矿业发展与生态环境系统相容三方混合策略纳什均衡博弈结果。生态脆弱区矿业发展与生态环境系统相容性对策建议:⑴将生态文明纳入当地政府考核体系重要位置;⑵强化矿业企业社会责任;⑶通过宣传教育提高社区居民素质与环保意识。

This paper introduces that through building a dynamic game model of government, community and mining companies and using backward induction, the result of tripartite mixed strategy Nash equilibrium game with regard to compatibility between mining development in fragile ecological area and ecological environmental system has been reached. And then this paper suggests that ecological civilization should be brought into the evaluation system of local government. Meanwhile, social responsibility of mining companies should be strengthened. In addition, the quality and environmental protection consciousness of community residents must be improved via education and advocacy.
