摘要
通过酒用高粱7个品种产量性状比较,结果表明:两杂交种产量性状较优。地方种之间则以矮子黑亮、青壳子产量性状优于其余3品种。产量顺序依次为矮子黑壳>青壳子>铜粱矮>忻杂7号>原杂10号>81-1>清镇糯。主要生育特性相关分析:茎粗与穗粒重呈显著正相关r=0.86021。拔节期叶面积与枝梗数呈极显著正相关r=0.9769。各品种品质分析:蛋白质含量达11%以上,高于酿酒需要的品质指标,其余淀粉、单宁等含量,均在加工品质要求范围内。
By the yield comparison of 7 wine-making sorghum varieties, the results showed, yield properties of 2 hybrids were better. However, among the local varieties 'dwarf black husk' and' green husk' were better than the rest. Their yield order was dwarf black husk>green husk>dwarf Tong-liang>Xin-za 7 >Yuan-za 10>81-l>Qinzheng glutinous. The correlation analysis of their main growth characters proved that the stalk thickness and grain weight per ear was significant correlated characters (r = 0.86021), the square of leaf and the twig number of panicle showed very significant correlative (r = 0.9769). Protein content of all the varieties tested was more than 11%, higher than the quality index needed for wine-making. The contents of starch and tannin were within the available range of processing quality.
