依托梅钢烧结总包工程,从项目施工安全管理、现场安全文明施工管理角度,探讨了安全管理体系的范畴、重点及管理方法,并提出合理的工期、专项的安全投入和激励机制是项目实施安全成功有力保障。
In view of Meisteel sintering EPC project, the scope and key points of safety management system and management methods were discussed from the perspec- tives of project construction safety management and civilized construction management of site safety, and it was proposed that, the reasonable construction period, special safety measures investment and motivation system were the powerful guarantee of pro- ject safety implementation.
