滇重楼腐烂程度与4种皂苷含量的关系

Relationship Between Decay Degree of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis( Fr. ) Hand.-7Mazz. and Four Kinds of Paris polyphylla Saponins Content

目的：测定滇重楼健康、病健交界部分、完全腐烂部分、药材及人工种植滇重楼1级到6级腐烂的样品中4种皂苷的含量。方法：采集云南白药集团武定滇重楼种植基地样品，腐烂等级分类参照植病研究方法，采用HPLC测定其4种重楼皂苷VI、VII、PA和H。结果：不同腐烂程度重楼皂苷含量差异较大。结论：腐烂部分占整个重楼根茎的21％-40％的样品重楼皂苷Ⅶ、PA和H含量最高，完全健康和完全腐烂的滇重楼根茎重楼皂苷含量较低。

Objective ： To determine the Paris polyphylla saponins contents of health, ill health border, completely rot- ten part, medicinal materials and level 1 to 6 decay of the samples respectively. Methods：The Paris polyphylla samples were collected from Yunnan Baiyao Group planting base. By the decomposition level classification reference plant disease research methods, HPLC was used for the determination of four kinds of Paris polyphylla glycosides, VI, VII, PA and H. Results：Different degrees of decay Paris polyphylla glycosides content had differences. Conclusion：The decay part ac- counts for 21% - 40% of the whole polyphylla rhizome samples of Paris polyphylla glycosides VII, PA and H contents are the highest, perfectly healthy and completely rotten Paris polyphylla rhizome＇ s saponin content is low.
