基于神经康复医学的针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的若干问题探讨

现代神经病学和康复医学在对脑卒中的研究上取得较大进展,针灸医学治疗脑卒中历史悠久。在公认为治疗脑卒中最有效的卒中单元模式中,针灸疗法可以与神经内科和康复科结合,在监护下超早期介入缺血性脑卒中的治疗,在Brunnstrom偏瘫六阶段恢复理论指导下分期治疗卒中后运动障碍,并结合神经影像学技术治疗卒中后吞咽、认知障碍以及抑郁状态等。针灸疗法可以通过借鉴神经康复医学理论,进一步提高治疗技术和规范疗效评价体系。

Modem neurology and rehabilitation medicine has made great progress in the study of stroke. Acupuncturealso has a long history and a lot of experiences of the treatment of stroke. Acupuncture can be combined with the neuro- logical department and rehabilitation in stroke, which is recognized as the most effective model in treating stroke. Acu- puncture can be used to deal with stoke on the super acute period under monitoring, treat hemiplegia according to the Brunnstrom of six stages recovery theory,treat swallowing, cognitive impairment and depression after stroke combining with neural imaging technology. Acupuncture should be improved and the standard evaluation system should be established based on the theory of neurology and rehabilitation medicine.
