中药喜炎平注射液治疗儿科急性细菌性肠炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Xiyanping Injection in Treatment of Pediatric Acute Bacterial Enteritis

目的：探讨中药喜炎平注射液治疗儿科急性细菌性肠炎临床研究。方法：选取2012年5月-2013年7月期诊治的急性细菌性肠炎患儿79例，按照随机数字表法将79例患儿随机分为对照组（n=38）与治疗组（n：41）。对照组给予头孢克洛分散片每日25mg／kg，分3次口服，服用5d；治疗组给予中药喜炎平注射液0．2—0．4mE／（kg·d）加入静脉滴注100mL的5％葡萄糖注射液，每日1次，连用5d。两组其它纠正酸中毒，维持酸碱、水电解质及能量等治疗均相同。比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应、便常规及症状改善情况等。两组患儿一般资料之间对比无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果：治疗组总有效率（92．68％）明显高于对照组（73．69％），且有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组发生不良反应患儿3例（7．32％）低于对照组5例（13．15％），但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：中药喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎疗效显著且不良反应较轻，具有重要临床应用价值，值得推广。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of pediatric acute bacterial enter- itis. Methods：During May 2012 -July 2013 in our hospital, pediatric acute bacterial enteritis were 79 eases. According to the random number table ,these cases were randomly divided into control group （n = 38 ） and treatment group （n =41 ）. Control group was given cefaclor dispersible tablets daily with the dose of 25 mg/kg,3 times orally, taking 5 d. Treatment group was injected Xiyanping Injection 0. 2 -0.4 mL/（ kg · d） which was added into 100 mL intravenous infusion of 5 % Glucose Injection, once a day, for 5 d. The other treatments including corrective acidosis, maintain acid -base, electrolyte and energy, and water treatment were the same. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, they practice and improvement of symptoms in two groups were compared. General comparison between two groups of children was not statistically signifi- cant （P 〉 0.05）. Results： The total effective rate （92.68%） in treatment group was significantly higher than that （ 73.69% ） of the control group, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse reactions occurred in three cases （7.32%） in treatment group,which was less than that of the control group（ 5 cases, 13.15% ）, but there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of acute bacterial enteritis has signifi- cant effect and fewer adverse reactions, and has important clinical value, and it is worthy of promotion.
