摘要
目的:观察附子理中汤对脾阳虚证大鼠血清瘦素和神经肽Y水平的影响。方法:动物实验。分为对照组、阳虚组、脾阳虚组、中药组4组,中药组给予附子理中汤干预。以体重增长率、血清瘦素和神经肽Y水平为观察指标并检测其变化,以SPSS 13.0版统计软件包进行统计学处理。结果:阳虚组(1.13±0.402)、脾阳虚组(0.85±0.410)和对照组(1.69±0.411)相比,体重增长率均下降明显(P<0.01);中药组(1.30±0.411)用附子理中汤干预后,与脾阳虚组相比,体重增长率上升(P<0.01)。脾阳虚组(18.46±4.89)和对照组(11.98±2.95)相比,血清瘦素水平升高明显(P<0.05),脾阳虚组(17.58±9.98)和对照组(28.71±12.3)相比,神经肽Y水平下降明显(P<0.05);中药组用附子理中汤干预后,血清瘦素水平(12.62±3.06)与脾阳虚组(18.46±4.89)相比下降(P<0.05),神经肽Y水平(26.32±11.24)与脾阳虚组(17.58±9.98)相比升高(P<0.05)。结论:附子理中汤的干预作用是通过恢复血清瘦素和神经肽Y分泌水平的平衡状态,间接发挥调控饮食和体重的作用。
Objective: To observe the influence of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on serum leptin (Lp) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in rats with spleen yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: Animal experiment. Rats were divided into the control group, the yang deficiency group, the spleen yang deficiency group and the Chinese medicine group. The Chinese medi- cine group was administrated with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction. The growth rate of weight, serum Lp level and NPY level were tested as indexes,using SPSS 13.0 statistic software to analyze the data. Results: Compared with the control group (1. 69 ± 0. 411 ) , the growth rate of weights of the yang deficiency group ( 1.13 ± 0. 402) and the spleen yang deficiency group ( 0. 85 ± 0. 410) were reduced significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). After administrated with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in the Chinese medicine group, compared with the spleen yang deficiency group, the growth rate of weight of the Chinese medicine group ( 1.30 ± 0. 411 ) was increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum Lp level of the spleen yang deficiency group ( 18.46 ± 4.89) was in- creased when compared with that of the control group ( 11. 98 ± 2.95 ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). However, the serum NPY level ( 17.58 ± 9.98) was reduced compared with that of the control group (28.71 ± 12.3) ( P 〈 0. 05). The serum Lp level of the Chinese group ( 12.62 ± 3.06) was reduced when compared with that of the spleen yang deficiency group ( 18.46 ±4.89) ( P 〈0.05) while serum NPY level (26.32 ± 11.24) increased when compared with that of the spleen yang deficiency group (17.58 ± 9.98) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:By regaining the balance between secretion of serum Lp and NPY, Fuzi Lizhong Decoction indirectly regulates the diet and body weight.
