摘要 目的:研究筋骨草提取物及其有效成分对乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的抑制作用。方法:薄层色谱生物自显影法和比色法,检测筋骨草提取物及其有效成分抗AChE活性的作用。结果:筋骨草乙酸乙酯提取物及其有效成分木犀草素对AChE活性具有较强的抑制作用。结论:筋骨草中木犀草素为其抗阿尔茨海默病有效成分。 Objective:To investigate the anti- acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) effect of active extract and bioactivity compounds of Ajuga decumbens Thumb in vitro. Method : Inhibition of extracts and bioactivity compounds on AChE was analyzed by TLC - bioautography and colorimetric method. Result : Ethyl acetate fraction, apigenin and luteolin showed obvious inhibition on ACHE. Conclusion: The main active compounds were apigenin and luteolin in ethyl acetate' s parts.
