摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定复方黑参颗粒中射干苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:DiamonsiffMC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:266nm;柱温:30℃。结果:射干苷在21.12—105.6μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便快速,适用于复方黑参颗粒中射干苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of helamcandin in compound Heishen Granules by HPLC. Methods: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil^TMC18 column ( 250 mm x4.6 mm,5 μm ) with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoricacid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 266 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Result: The calibration curve was linear( r = 0. 9998) in the range of 21.12 - 105.6 μg/mL for belamcandin. The average recovery of belamcandin in compound Heishen Granules was 98. 3% ( n =9). Conclusion: The method is quick and convenient for the determination of belamcandin in compound Heishe Granules.
