参草扶正抗癌冲剂治疗影响晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的观察

Observation on Fuzheng Kang'ai Granule Effect on Cell Immune Function of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的:探讨参草扶正抗癌冲剂治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将62例晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例,两组均行化疗,对照组采用紫杉醇+顺铂化疗方案,试验组在紫杉醇+顺铂化疗基础上,辨证加用参草扶正抗癌冲剂。比较两组患者化疗前后细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:两组患者均顺利完成治疗,试验组有效率为45.2%,对照组有效率为38.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后,试验组免疫指标均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组恶心、呕吐、腹泻、白细胞降低、疲劳等方面的抑制程度发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参草扶正抗癌冲剂能够明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的患者细胞免疫功能,可以有效的提高机体的免疫力,增加对化疗药物的耐受性和依从性。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Kang＇ ai granule on cell immune function of advanced non - small cell lung cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods ： 62 of advanced non - small cell lung cancer patients were ran- domly divided into experimental group and control group, 31 cases in each group. Two groups underwent chemotherapy. The control group was treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy. The experimental group added Fuzheng Kang＇ ai granule. The changes of cell immune function before and after chemotherapy in two groups were compared. Results： Two patients were successfully completed the treatment. The experimental group＇ s effective rate was 45.2% and the con- trol group＇s was 38.7%. There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, compared with control group, experimental group＇ s immune indexes were significantly improved and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The rate of inhibition degree of experimental group＇s nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, decreased white blood cells was significantly lower than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Fuzheng Kang＇ ai granule in the treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer chemotherapy pa- tients can obviously improve cell immune function, effectively enhance the body＇s immunity and increase the resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs and compliance.
