补脾益气生津法治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Study of Spleen-Strengthening and Qi-Benefiting and Fluid-Generating Method in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察口服玉液汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合标准的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组60例,两组患者的性别、年龄、病程、BMI、FPG、2h OGTT无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予糖尿病的健康教育、医学营养治疗、体育锻炼等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予口服盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗组给予口服玉液汤进行治疗。在治疗后,观察治疗两组患者的2 h OGTT、FPG、FINS、HbA1c以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的2 h OGTT、FPG、HbA1c和FINS都显著降低,且治疗组的2 h OGTT、HbA1c和FINS显著低于对照组;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服玉液汤治疗2型糖尿病患者可以取得较好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuye Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method：A total of 120 patients met the criteria for type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each. The pa- tients＇gender, age, duration, BMI, FPG, 2h OGTT of the two groups had no significant difference. Diabetic groups were given health education, medical nutrition therapy, physical exercise and other basic treatment. On this basis, the control group orally received Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets and the treatment group were treated with Yuye Decoction orally. After treatment,the 2 h OGTT,FPG,FINS,HbAlc and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Result：The 2h OG- TI＇, FPG, HbA1 c and FINS of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the treatment group＇ s 2 h OG3T, HbAI c and FINS were significantly lower than those of the control group. The treatment group＇ s significant efficiency was significant- ly higher. Conclusion ：Yuye Decoction treating type 2 diabetes can achieve better results.
