优质护理对普外科手术患者睡眠质量的影响效果

Effeets of quality care for general surgical patients with sleep quality

目的探讨优质护理理念对改善普外科患者术前睡眠的应用效果。方法选取100例手术患者,将其按照随机数字法分为常规组和优质组,常规组给予常规护理,优质组给予优质护理,观察两组患者手术前后睡眠质量的变化。结果手术前两组患者睡眠质量PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后两组患者的睡眠质量PSQI评分较手术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组的基础护理、病情观察以及医嘱执行评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组护理满意度明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科手术患者中实施优质护理理念能有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the concept of quality care to improve general surgery patients before the application effect of sleep. Methods Selected 100 cases of operation patients, which were randomly divided into routine group and high quality group, routine group were treated with routine nursing, high quality group were given high quality nursing care, the changes of the sleep quality of two groups before and after operation were observed. Results Before opera- tions, the sleep quality of PSQI grade was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After the operation the sleep quality of two groups with PSQI score was improved obviously than before, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Basic nursing, disease observation and implementation score of high quality group were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of high quality group was significantly superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion The implementation of high quality nursing concept is effective in improving the quality of sleep in patients with operation in the department of general surgery, and can improve nursing satisfaction of patients, is worthy of clinical ap- plication.
