摘要
目的观察CBL联合ESP教学法在妇产科技能教学中的有效性及可行性。方法选取我校临床专业124名学生,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用CBL联合ESP教学法教学,对照组采用传统方法教学。对两组采用考试和问卷调查相结合的方法进行教学效果评价。结果实验组成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,大多数学生对CBL联合ESP教学方法持肯定态度。结论 CBL联合ESP教学法可提高妇产科教学中学生实践能力,值得深入探讨。
Objective To observe the validity and feasibility of CBL in combination with ESP in Obstetrics and Gyne- cology teaching. Methods Selected 124 students who are major in clinical medicine in Baoshan Traditional Chinese Medicine College ,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were offered CBL in combination with ESP teaching method,while the control group were taught with traditional teaching method. Examination and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two groups. Results The scores of experimental group are higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The analysis of the questionnaire showed that most students hold a positive attitude for the teaching method. Conclusion CBL in combination with ESP teaching method can improve students' practical ability of Obstetrics and Gynecology,which is worth discussing.
