非创性肢体远端缺血预处理联合七氟醚后处理对心肌缺血再灌注的影响 被引量:2

The effects of non-traumatic ischemic preconditioning combined with sevoflurane postconditioning during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion

摘要 目的探讨非创性肢体远端缺血预处理联合七氟醚后处理对心肌缺血再灌注保护是否有叠加作用。方法成年雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为5组,假手术组(S组);缺血再灌注组(I/R组);非创性肢体远端缺血预处理组(NIPC组);七氟醚后处理组(Spo组);非创性肢体远端缺血预处理+七氟醚后处理组(NIPC+Spo组)。再灌注120min后检测CK-MB表达及心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果与I/R组比较,NIPC组、Spo组和NIPC+Spo组CK-MB降低、SOD活性增加(P<0.05);与NIPC组和Spo组比较,NIPC+Spo组CK-MB水平减少、SOD活性增加(P<0.05)。结论非创性肢体远端缺血预处理联合七氟醚后处理组对心肌缺血再灌注的保护有叠加作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of non-traumatic ischemic preconditioning combined with Sevoflurane postconditioning on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)in rat. Methods Forty male SD rats weighing 250 to 280 g were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=8 each): Sham operation group (Group S), ischemia and reperfusion group (Group I/R), non-traumatic iscbemic preconditioning group(Group NIPC), sevoflurane postconditioning group(Group Spo),non-traumatic ischemic preconditioning combined with Sevoflurane postconditioning group (Group NIPC +Spo). After being reperfused for 120 minutes, detected blood serum CK-MB level and myocardial SOD expression. Results Compared with the I/R group, the levels of CK-MB decreased (P〈0.05)in group NIPC, group Spo and group NIPC + Spo. While SOD expression increased (P〈0.05). Compared with the group NIPC and group Spo,the levels of CK-MB decreased(P〈0.05)in group NIPC +Spo. While SOD expression increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with only nontraumatic ischemic preconditioning or sevoflurane postconditioning, the two methods in combination can increase the protective effects for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
