加量心宝丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床研究

Clinical effect of high doses of Xinbao pill combined with creatine phosphate sodium on patients with sick sinus syndrome

目的 观察加量心宝丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效,并探讨的临床意义.方法 收集我院2012年1月～2013年12月收治的病态窦房结综合征患者84例,随机分为两组：常规治疗对照组和加量心宝丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗观察组,每组42例.对照两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率.结果 治疗前动态心电图平均心率和心电图心率在对照组和治疗组患者之间无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.治疗后两组患者心率均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05）,且治疗后观察组患者升高的心率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.对照组临床治疗有效率为64.3％,观察组临床治疗有效率为88.1％,统计学分析显示观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）.对照组不良反应发生率为7.1％,观察组不良反应发生率为9.5％,两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论 加量心宝丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病态窦房结综合征临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床的推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high doses of Xinbao pill combined with creatine phosphate sodium on patients with sick sinus syndrome （SSS）. Methods A total of 84 patients with SSS in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013 were enrolled in this study. All cases were divided into two groups, control group （n=42） and observation group （n=42） treated with amount were of Xinbao pill combined with creatine phosphate sodium. The clinic effects and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate of Holter and ECG were no significant difference between control group and observation group before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the heart rates were increased in the two groups （P〈0.05）. However, the heart rate in observation group was higher than that in control group at posttreatment （P〈0.05）. The clinic effects in control group and observation group were 64.3% and 88.1%. Which was higher in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The side effects in control group and observation group were 7.1% and 9.5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Amount of Xinbao pill combined with creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome has significant clinical efficacy, low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
