早中期孕妇EB病毒感染情况分析

The analysis infection of EB virus in early and middle pregnant women

目的探讨EB病毒感染对早中期孕期妊娠结局的影响。方法选择我院36例NA1IgA阳性孕妇,观察EB病毒感染(NA1IgA抗体阳性)对孕妇和胎儿健康的影响,在同期就诊的孕妇中选择NA1IgA抗体阴性的孕妇36例作为对照组。结果 NA1IgA抗体阳性组和对照组在孕妇自身临床症状、胎儿情况方面差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 EB病毒感染NA1IgA抗体阳性的孕妇,对孕妇和胎儿健康有影响,可引起死胎、流产等严重的不良后果。早期妊娠感染EB病毒的危险性较大,建议孕检增加EB病毒抗体NA1IgA检查,将孕妇怀孕期间的危险降到最低,减少缺陷儿的诞生率。

Objective To explore the effects of EB virus infection for the outcome of early and middle pregnant women. Methods Selected 36 cases of pregnant women from our hospital whose NAIIgA was positive, follow-up visited, ob- served the effect of EB virus infection （NAIIgA antibody was positive） in pregnant women and children＇s health. Se- lected 36 cases of NAlIgA-negative pregnant women from the same period of pregnant women as control group. Re- suits In pregnant clinical symptoms and fetal aspects, there were significant between the NAllgA-positive group and NAlIgA-negative control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion EB virus infection and positive NAIIgA has effect on pregnant and children＇s health,and maybe cause serious adverse consequences, stillborn, abortion,etc. The risk of early EB virous infection is very large, so the paper advises pregnant women to perform EB virus NAIIgA detection, which can reduce the risk of pregnant women and the rate of defects children birth.
