匹多莫德对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的白介素-4和γ-干扰素水平的影响及疗效观察

Curative observation of pidotimod on serum interleukin-4 and interferon-γ of children suffering cough variant asthma

目的探讨匹多莫德对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的白介素-4和γ-干扰素水平的影响及疗效。方法 74例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患儿均依全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)制定方案进行治疗。观察组患儿加用匹多莫德口服液0.4 g/次,2次/d,2周后改为0.4 mg/d,连用3个月。结果治疗3个月后,两组患儿血清IL-4均明显下降、IFN-γ水平明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降或上升值较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.23,P<0.05)。治疗后随访观察半年和1年,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.08、3.96,P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘具有较好疗效,并能减少其复发,作用与降低IL-4水平和提高血清IL-10水平、纠正血清Thl/Th2细胞因子比例失衡密切相关。

Objective To discuss Pidotimod＇s effect and curative observation on serum Interleukin--4 （IL-4） and Inter- feron-γ（IFN-γ） of children suffering cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 74 cases of children with cough variant asthma were divided into observation group and control group at random. The children in two groups were both given the medical treatment in accordance with the therapeutic regimen created by Global Initiative for Asthma （GINA）. The children in observation group were additionally given the Pidotimod oral liquid 0.4 g per time twice a day, which was changed to 0.4 g per day for 3 months. Results After 3 months＇ medical treatment, serum IL--4 levels of children in two groups were obviously declined than before, while IFN-γ level were obviously rose than before （P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, and the declining or rising rates in observation group were much higher than those in control group（P 〈0.05）, and the total clinical efficiency in observation group was much higher than that in control group（x2=5.23, P 〈0.05）. After the medical treatment, the haft-a-year and one-year following-up were taken, the reoccurrence rate in Observation group was much lower than that in control group（x2=4.08, 3.96, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Pidotimod oral liquid has reliable cura- tive effect on children with cough variant asthma, which has close relationship with reducing IL-4 level, raising serum IL-10 level, and adjusting the serum Thlfrh2 cytokine imbalance.
