摘要
目的评价LAMP在食品卫生沙门菌属检验中的应用效果。方法选择145份食品标本,采用LAMP方法和分离培养法进行检测,比较两种检测方法的阳性率。结果 LAMP阳性率为12.4%,分离培养法阳性率为6.2%。两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法的阳性符合率为77.8%,阴性符合率为91.9%。结论 LAMP法用于食品卫生沙门菌属的检验,具有快速、方便、阳性率高等优点。
Objective To evaluate application of salmonella LAMP in sanitary inspection of foodstuffs. Methods Se- lected 145 food samples were detected by LAMP and separated cultivation method. Positive rate was compared. Results Positive rate of LAMP was 12.4%, and that of separated cultivation method was 6.2%. There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Positive coincidence rate of two methods was 77.8%, and negative coincidence rate was 91.9%. Conclusion Salmonella LAMP for sanitary inspection of foodstuffs shows rapid, convenience, high positive rate.
