个性化护理模式对泌尿外科患者围术期生理应激和满意度的影响

Influence of individualized nursing on perioperative physiological stress and satisfaction of patients in department of urology

目的探讨个性化护理模式在泌尿外科护理工作中的效果。方法将146例患者随机分为普通护理组与个性护理组,比较两组的心率、激素水平、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生人数及护理满意度。结果入院时两组患者的心率、激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义;麻醉前个性护理组心率、激素水平明显低于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义,个性护理组术后并发症发生人数明显少于普通护理组,护理满意程度、术后疼痛评分优于普通护理组。结论个性化护理模式更有针对性,避免了护理工作的盲目性,可以有效提高护理质量。

Objective To discuss the nursing effect of individualized nursing mode. Methods All 146 patients were randomly divided into normal nursing group and individual nursing group. Heart rate, levels of the hormones, ACTH, number of complications, degree of nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Heart rate, levels of the hormones at the time of admission showed no statistical significance. Heart rate, levels of the hormones at the time before Anesthe- sia were significantly lower than the normal nursing group. The number of complications were obviously less than that of the normal nursing group, satisfaction and pain score were significantly higher than that of normal nursing group. Conclusion Individualized nursing mode is more targeted, avoid the blindness of nursing work, can effectively improve the quality of nursing care.
