分筋恢刺配合中药离子导入治疗原发性膝关节炎40例疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察"分筋恢刺法"配合中药离子导入治疗原发性膝关节炎的临床疗效,把中医"开骨除痹"及"开阖枢"的理论应用于临床实践,分析"分筋恢刺法"配合中药离子导入的优越性,为优化原发性膝关节炎的治疗提供依据。方法选择增城市中医医院收治的符合纳入标准的患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组予分筋恢刺配合中药离子导入治疗,对照组予分筋恢刺法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为79.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分筋恢刺法配合中药离子导入治疗原发性膝关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the "ribs Hui needling method" with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis, "the Chinese medicine bone Chubi" and "the theory of open" theory is applied to analyze of clinical practice, "the superiority of branch ribs Hui needling method" with the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, provide basis for the treatment of idiopathic arthritis of the knee. Methods Seleeted the Zengcheng Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 80 patients met the inclusion criteria were, were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group, treatment group was given points muscle needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment, control group was given points Hui needling method for treatment of tendon. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.1%,the total effi- ciency of control group was 79.5%, the difference was significant between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of ribs hui needling method combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treatment of primary osteoarthritis of the knee is significant, worthy of clinical application.
