宝乐安治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染80例临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of clostridium butyricum powder in treatment of 80 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的探讨宝乐安治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染（RRI）的临床疗效及用药的安全性情况。方法所有患儿均符合1994年制订的中医内外妇儿科疾病诊断疗效标准，将80例患儿随机分为两组，对照组给予转移因子治疗，每日口服1支，即10mL，3个月为1个疗程；试验组口服宝乐安，每次250～500mg，均按每天2次服用，连服3个月为1个疗程。结果治疗结束时，采血查细胞免疫，试验组患儿的免疫力高于对照组。试验组总有效率达90．0％，对照组总有效率为75．0％，两组具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论采用宝乐安治疗RRI患儿，试验组患者无论是免疫蛋白数值还是临床总有效率均明显优于对照组，为安全可行的治疗方式。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the clostridium butyricum powder for the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRI） and safety of drug. Methods All patients were consistent with TCM gynecology and pediatrics disease diagnosis and curative effect standard set in 1994, 80 patients were randomLy divided into two groups of patients, the test group was treated with oral administration of Clostridium butyricum powder, every time 250- 500 mg, according to 2 times a day, when the infection with antibiotics, and even served 3 months as one course. Results At the end of treatment, the blood check cell immunity, immunity test group were higher than those in the control group. According to the evaluation criteria, in experimental group, the total efficiency was up to 90%, while the total efficiency of the control group was 75.0% ,there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the use of baolean treatment in children with RRI, the test group were both immune protein values or in the clinical total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, is a safe and feasible treatment method.
