小剂量阿司匹林与乳果糖联合治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨小剂量阿司匹林治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的肝硬化患者40例随机分为对照组(乳果糖15~60 ml/d)和联合组(阿司匹林25~75 mg/d+乳果糖15~60 ml/d),各20例,比较两组心理测量评分变化、血氨水平、肝功能及 Child-pugh 评分。结果对照组和联合组总有效率分别为30.4%和55.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,联合治疗组患者的丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素和血氨水平变化比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林与乳果糖联用治疗轻微型肝性脑病疗效好,优于单用乳果糖。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low-dose aspirin in the treatment of mild hepatic encephalopathy.Methods To divide 40 cirrhotic patients met the diagnostic criteria into control group(lactulose 15~60 ml/d)and the combined group(aspirin 25~75 mg/d +lactulose 15~60 ml/d) randomly, each were 20 cases. Compared the psychometrics core changes, blood ammonia levels,liver function and Child-pugh score.Results In the control group and the combined treatment group, the total effective rate was 30.4% and 55.6%, respectively. There were significant differences(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, patients treated with combined alacontrol nine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin andammonia levels had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin with lactulose on patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy has good effect, better than single lactulose.
