PDCA循环在减少门诊药房调剂差错的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in reducing the dispensing error of out-patient pharmacy

目的通过应用PDCA(计划、实行、检查、行动)循环降低门诊药房的调剂差错。方法根据PDCA循环理论的步骤,对调剂差错的现状和影响调剂差错的因素进行分析,经过分析后制定目标和对策,实施措施后比较调剂差错的发生例数并对过程进行总结。结果调剂差错从实施措施前的219例降为实施措施后的148例,下降了32%。结论 PDCA循环方法有效地降低了门诊药房调剂差错的发生,同时也改善了药房的管理,提升了服务质量。

Objective To reduce the dispensing error by using PDCA Cycle.Methods The target was sted and the countermeasures were formulated after the influencing factors of dispensing error were analyzed. The totality of dispensing error after PDCA Cycle was compare with before, and the process was summarized.Results The dispensing error quantity decreased 32%, from 219 to 148 cases.Conclusion The method is effective, the dispensing error is reduced and the pharmacy management is improved.
