摘要
汽车起动机的励磁方式分为电励磁式和永磁式。永磁启动机与电励磁起动机相比,具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、比功大的特点,所以永磁起动机已成为汽车起动机的发展方向。针对目前国内永磁材料价格偏高的实际情况,为了降低永磁起动机的成本,进一步缩小外形尺寸,本文应用遗传算法对两种永磁起动机的样机进行了磁极优化。
Automobile starting motor can be divided into electromagnetic starting and permanent magnet starting. Compared with electromagnetic starting motor, permanent magnet starting has the characteristics of small volume, low weight, high efficiency and big ratio efficiency to weight. In accordance with the high price of permanent magnet, this paper supplies genetic algorithms to pole optimization of two kinds to reduce motor's cost and volume.
