摘要
两轴扫描镜是一个具有复杂非线性的强耦合系统。本文以红外仿真装置中的两轴扫描镜为分析对象,研究它的解耦与控制。测试和应用结果表明系统稳态精度高,动态性能良好。
Two axes scanning mirror is a system With complex nonlinearity and strong coupling. On the basis of the scanning mirror of the infrared seeker simulator, the decoupling and control method is studied. The experimental results with error measurement show that the system has high accuracy and satisfies the performance specifications for the transient response.
