摘要
针对串联锂电池组各串容量可能不一致的问题,提出一种对容量较低一串电池分断的方式来达到电量均衡,以克服常用的电量转移方式中各串电池之间充放电所带来的能量损耗和电池寿命损失。工作过程中单片机通过分压电阻网络检测各串电池电压以判断其容量并进行相应的控制。充电过程中对某串电池分断或重新串接时,借助现有的DC电源线向充电器发送脉冲电流调制信号,调节充电器的输出电压以适应锂电池串接数目的改变。
Aiming at the problem of possible difference among the lithium batteries connected in series, the method by cutting off the battery with lower capacity was proposed to attain their charge equivalence to overcome the energy and life losses by charge transfer for equivalence. During operation process, the microcontroller detects all batteries' voltage via the voltage resistor divider network and carries out the corresponding controls. In the charging process, when one of the batteries in series is cut off or recon nected, pulse current modulation signal will be sent to the charger by the existing DC power line, to adjust the charger' output voltage to adapt to the lithium battery series connection changes.
