摘要 在秋播或低温条件下陕2A类型不育材料比波里玛类型的微粉发生较多。微粉发生与气温关系密切,当开花前20天气温稳定在15℃以上时不育系基本上没有微粉发生。因此秋播油菜先开花的主花序、上部分枝以及每一个花序的中下部由于处于相对的低温条件开花,所以微粉发生较多。春播情况下不育系开花期延迟,开花期温度较高,可消除微粉。 Shan 2A' cytoplasm sterile materials sown in Autumn under lower temperature condition produced more miro-pollen grain than 'Bolima' cytoplasm sterile materials of rape showed that close relation with temperature.When the temperature is more than 15℃, 20 days' before flowering these was almost no pollen grain produced in sterile materials. Therefore, the main anthotaxy, upper branches, and lower part of an anthotaxy of rape sown in Autumn flowered underlower temperature,produced more miro-pollen grain,while, spring-sown rape flowering under higher temperature no micro-pollen grain was produced.
