摘要
采用有限元方法分析基础环附近混凝土基础的局部受力情况,对可能产生的损伤原因进行探讨。结果表明,基础环与混凝土基础之间的间隙会造成局部应力显著提升,且间隙越大应力水平越高。在现有基础上增加环梁的加固方案可提升原混凝土基础上表面的局部强度,但对降低混凝土基础局部应力的作用极其有限。
In many wind power generators, turbine tower is connected to foundation by metal ring, while the details are not clear in specifications. The stress distribution in concrete near metal ring was analyzed to find out cause of local damage. The results show that the gap between metal ring and concrete will bring distinct stress increasing, meanwhile stress level increases with the increasing gap. The strengthening measure of adding annular beam can reinforce upper surface strength of foundation, and crack generation and propagation can be prevented effectively, but it is limited to decrease local stress of concrete near metal ring.
