摘要
为了实现终身学习社会、调动人们学习的积极性,日本建立了相对完备的终身学习成果评价认证机制。国家制定审定考试评价指导方针,将非正规和非正式学习认证包含其中,并在全国范围内建立终身学习审定登录系统。在对学习结果形成共识的基础上,建立各种学习成果间的等值互认,促进个人的学习成果在社会范围内互通。
In order to achieve lifelong learning society and arouse peoples' enthusiasm for learning, the Japanese established a relatively complete authentication mechanism for the valuation of lifelong learning. In addition, guidelines for the validation of examina- tion evaluation are established, including non -formal and informal learning certification, and a national system for validation entry is created. Based on consensus on learning outeomes, they created equivalent relations of various learning outcomes, which promote that individual learning outcomes are used generally in whole society and effectively in various social activities.
