This paper expounds types and characters of abrasion & corrosion resistant coating mainly made up with macromolecule material used for hydromechanical flow passage components. The merits and demerits of each coating are analyzed and their applications are introduced. Effective methods to deal with the friction and corrosion on large or mid-size hydromechanical equipment are discussed as well.
