摘要
美国明尼苏达大学(简称明大)评教制度具有鲜明的服务特色。通过介绍明大评教问卷的设计形式和内容,借鉴明大评教的先进经验,提出我国在评教制度上需树立服务教师、服务学生的意识,评教不能只关注结果,要重视教师成长、学生进步的过程。
Service consciousness has great feature of the Student Rating of Teaching(SRT) in the University of Minnesota, A- merica. With the introduction of the design pattern and contents of SRT, we find that service consciousness in the evaluation needs to be developed for teachers and students. Since the outcome is not the only concern, universities should play close attention to both teachers' development and students' progress.
