摘要
介绍了县级调控员仿真系统的基本原理及其硬件组成,着重阐述了该系统的典型功能及其应用.该系统借助于OPEN3000平台,运用电网实时数据与结构,在不影响电力系统正常运行的情况下,实现了对调控员监控、操作、事故处理各方面的培训,并取得了良好的应用效果.
The control simulation system＇ s basic principle and hardware composition are introduced, and the typical features of the system and the application of the system are emphatically expounded. On the OPEN3000 platform, by using the grid real-time data and the structure, under the condition of the normal operation of power system operating normally, control agent for monitoring, operation, accident handling is implemented, and good application effects are achieved.
