Public Expenditure、Industrial Development and Local Economic Growth——Empirical Study Based on Spatial Econometric Model

本文研究了财政支出中的公共服务支出、公共投资支出及其比例结构对经济增长的作用。首先，引入一个包含公共服务和公共投资的内生增长模型，考察经济平稳增长路径下，公共服务支出、公共投资支出、私人投资和消费之间的稳态关系；其次，通过2000-2011年中国省域面板数据，分别在一般计量模型和空间计量模型下验证公共服务支出和公共投资支出对我国经济增长的影响，发现两者对我国经济增长均具有积极作用，并且支出结构与总产出的倒U型关系说明公共服务和公共投资两者存在最优的比例结构。

This paper mainly studies the government public expenditure of public investment and public service for economic growth.. First, introducing a public service and public investment in an endogenous growth model, finding that under the economic growth path, there is the steady relationship between the public service expenditures, public investment spending, private investment and consumption. Secondly, using 2000-2011 Chinese provincial panel data, we validates the positive influence of public service expenditure and public investment spending on our country＇s economic growth in general regression model and spatial econometric model. We found that there is u-shaped relation between public expenditure and economic growth, witch proves that the optimal proportion of public service expenditure and public investment spending existing.
