摘要
本文在探讨愿景及其激励作用的理论依据和分析激励过程中所遇到问题的基础上,发现影响愿景激励效用发挥的主要因素有愿景描述的清晰度,愿景实现的可能性,个人愿景与社会愿景的契合度等;在实践中发现,问题的解决可以通过倡导愿景承诺与行为的一致,维持愿景的稳定性与多样性,促进愿景内容与时代发展的一致性等方法来实现。
This article is base on discusses the concept of vision, and the theoretical basis of the Vision - encouragement , and the prob lems encountered in the process. Finding the following main factors limit the Vision utility, such as definition of the vision, possibility of vision, the fit of personal vision and social vision, etc. Found in practice, the solutions of these problem can be mate one~ words to his deeds, maintain the stability and diversity of vision, promote the vision content and consistency of The Times.
