摘要
目的:通过数据挖掘技术挖掘盗汗临床治疗用药常用药物组合规律。方法:采用关联规则分析法,对收集到的158例盗汗古今医案治疗方药中的药物进行挖掘分析。结果:支持度较高即支持度>16%的药物组合有:黄柏,生地黄,黄连,熟地黄,黄芩,龙骨,牡蛎,当归,大枣,甘草等。结论:临床上治疗盗汗常用药物组合为黄柏与生地、熟地,龙骨与牡蛎,黄连与生地等。
Objective ： Through the association - rule analysis to excavate the law of treating night - sweat＇s traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： Adopting the association- rule analysis to analyze the treating night -sweat＇s medicine which included in 158 ancient and modern prescriptions. Resuhs ： The pharmaceutical compositions whose support is larger than percentage of 16 include that cortex phel lodendri, rehmannia dride rhizome, coptidis rhizome, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, baieal skullcap root, keel, oyster, angelica, Chinese jujube, glycyrrhiza, etc. Conclusion ： Data analysis show the clinical pharmaceutical compositions regularity of night - sweat in clude that cortex phellodendri and rehmannia dride rhizome and prepared rhizome of rehmannia, keel and oyster, coptidis rhizome and rehmannia dride rhizome, etc.
