摘要 目的:优化回流提取山楂降脂有效成分的工艺。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,采用回流提取法,选取乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取时间为考察因素,以熊果酸、金丝桃苷得率及干膏率的加权平均值为指标,通过Box-Behnken响应面设计优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%、溶媒用量12倍、提取时间100min、提取2次。在此条件下,熊果酸、金丝桃苷得率分别为0.548%、0.093%,干膏率33.92%,与模型预测值较接近。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定可行,可为山楂降脂成分的进一步研究提供参考。 Objective:To optimize reflux extraction of lipid -lowering components from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. Method:Based on the single factor experiments, reflux extraction method was used, with weighted means of ursolic acid yield, hyperoside yield and rate of dry extract as index. The factors such as ethanol volume fraction , solvent dosage, extraction time were optimized by Box - Behnken response surface methodology. Result:The ursolic acid yield, hyperoside yield and rate of dry extract was O. 548% ,0. 093%, 33.92% respec tively, using ethanol volume fraction 70% ,liquid - material ratio of 12:1 and extracted for 102min, twice,which was regarded as the op timum extraction process. These datas were close to model predictor: Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology was stable and practicable. It could provide the reference for further studying lipid - lowering components of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.
