摘要
2009-2014年,美国政府在基础教育领域推行了一系列改革政策,旨在应对《不让一个孩子落后法案》的现实困境,适应国际竞争的需求。通过推动学前教育,提高基础教育标准,强化师资队伍,加大经费投入以扶持弱势群体等四位一体的措施,促进了基础教育绩效的提升。改革中体现出来的危机和公平意识、强调统一的评价标准、注重经费杠杆的调节作用、注重发挥家长、社区、学校和教师共同作用等做法,值得我们借鉴和思考。
In recent five years, American Government has carried a series of measures on basic education to respond to the dilemma of No Child Out of Act and to adapt to the international competition. Four measures can promote basic education performance as promoting pre-school education, improving the standard of basic education, strengthening the faculty and investing more funds to support vulnerable groups. The following things In the reform are worthy of our attention and thinking: the crisis and sense of fair, the unity of the evaluation criteria, the regulation of financial leverage and the function of parents, communities, schools and teachers.
