摘要 美国华盛顿州最大的学区——西雅图将21世纪技能学习的内容和精神内置于州共同核心标准,成为新一轮课程改革、考试改革和教师专业发展、教师评价体系改革的标准和指导,并纵向贯通和横向合作的体系逐步推行、实施和完善。本文解析了西雅图公立学校21世纪技能、州共同核心标准与学生学习、教师专业发展和学校领导力发展融合的政策性框架体系,以及在此过程中引发争议的问题,以此提供参考和借鉴。 In Seattle which is the biggest school community in the State of Washington, the principles and contents of the 21st Century and Skill have been embedded into the Washington State Common Core Standards, and have promoted the reform of curriculum, assessment and teacher professional development. This paper focuses on the policy framework of how to incorporate the 21 st Century Skill as well as Common Core Standards into actual learning, teaching and building of school leadership.
