摘要
针对配电系统网络重构的多目标实时优化问题 ,提出了一种基于综合潮流模式的网络重构算法 ,它可以同时考虑安全性和经济性这 2两个可能冲突的目标。该算法充分考虑了配电系统负荷的三相不平衡特性。同时 ,应用了数学上处理多目标决策问题所常用的目标归一化法和参数变动法 ,从而可以得到更多的有效重构策略。该算法的实际计算结果表明 ,提出的理论是正确的。
Distribution network reconfiguration is a multi objective optimization problem in real time operation environment. An effective method is developed based on the concept of hybrid flow pattern, where both secure and economic objectives are under considerations at the same time. The proposed method can be applied to unbalanced systems. Both unifying objective function approach and parametric approach, which are efficient techniques in solving the problem of multiple criteria decision making (MCDM), are used to search for more practical solutions. A computer program has been developed based on this methodology. Numerical tests have shown that this methodology is valid and efficient.
