摘要
在对 6 0 0MW四角切向燃烧锅炉进行冷态模化实验的基础上 ,对四角切向燃烧锅炉炉内流场及水平烟道内速度偏差进行了数值模拟 ,分析了炉内气流流动特性和水平烟道烟气速度偏差的形成机理 ,提出了减小水平烟道烟气偏差的措施。模拟结果与冷态实验结果符合较好。
Based on the cold modeling test on a tangentially fired boiler of 600?MW unit, the cold flow field in furnace and the velocity deviation in the horizontal flue gas pass is numerically investigated. The flow characteristics in furnace and the forming mechanism of the flue gas velocity deviation in the horizontal pass are analyzed, and the measures to decrease the flue gas velocity deviation are put forward. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
