The Global Connotation and Significance of the China Dream

从国际视角看,对中国梦可以有三方面的理解:第一,提升国际地位是中国梦的集中体现,是中国梦的核心主题;第二,推动合作共赢是中国梦的战略定位,是中国梦的国际特征,具体表现为和平性、共享性、和谐性和包容性;第三,全球格局优化是中国梦的历史影响,是中国梦的世界意义,其中包括体制道路、发展模式、开放战略、国际格局和全球治理等五个方面的影响。中国梦对于其他国家,超越是其核心内涵,而共赢是其本质特征。

From a global perspective, the China dream can be interpreted in three aspects. First, to raise global status is the core subject of the China dream. Second, to promote win-win cooperation is the strategic position and global features of the China dream, characterized by peace, share, harmony and inclusion. Third, optimization of global pattern is the historical and global significance for the China dream, including the five impacts that are development mode, opening-up strategy, global pattern and international governing. For other countries,the China dream has transcendence for its core connotation and win-win cooperation for its inherent characteristics.
