摘要
美国《图书馆权利法案》数次修订。文章从《图书馆权利法案》的产生背景以及历次修订的历史事件出发,探讨修订的原因及内容。针对1948年和1967年两次较大幅度的修订,进行内容分析。根据历次修订的演变过程,总结其修订的特点。
It has been over 70 years since the Library Bill of Rights, with several revisions, was enacted. This article studies the historical background of Library Bill of Rights and its amendments, and sorts out the context and content of such amendments, focusing on two significant revisions in 1948 and 1967. Finally, it summarizes the features of those revisions.
